Anjiom / Hemanjiom

Angioma is a benign skin growth that develops primarily from blood vessels. If there is no bleeding and it does not cause visual discomfort, treatment is not required. There are various types such as Spider Angiomas and Cherry Angiomas and these can appear anywhere on the body. Some types are related to aging, some types can be seen in children or pregnant women. Only large and sudden increases can be a sign of a serious condition. At the dermatologist's discretion, they may be treated with laser or cryotherapy. They recur after treatment.

Hemangiomas are tumors or lesions that develop from blood or lymph vessels, usually seen at birth or within a few months after birth. They can increase in size rapidly and usually disappear on their own over time. Because of the possibility of bleeding and secondary infection, a child with a hemangioma should be examined by a dermatologist.
