Collagen and elastin fibers under the skin, which give the skin its flexibility and tension, age over time. Ultraviolet rays accelerate this aging. Thus, the tension of the skin decreases, the skin loses its fight against gravity and over time, sagging and loosening of the skin occurs. Darkening and staining of the skin occurs.

Skin rejuvenation with radiofrequency rays, which we call photorejuvenation, is one of the most effective methods in improving the general appearance and rejuvenating the skin. Photorejuvenation selectively targets melanin, hemoglobin, and collagen under the skin using filtered light. The heat given by the beam affects the selected tissue without causing any damage to the surrounding skin. For different problems, the exact desired depth can be reached by changing the wavelengths with appropriate filters. With the procedures performed, the skin is cleansed of dead cells and blemishes. With the light stimulation given to the collagen fibers, the fibers renew themselves and their tension increases. Rejuvenation of the face, neck and hands, and lightening of the skin color is achieved. As a result of the procedures performed, the skin gains shine and continues to renew day by day by synthesizing its own collagen.

The number of treatments required varies depending on the size of the problem. For aged or sunlight-damaged skin, 3-6 consecutive sessions are required, depending on the type of lesion. A typical treatment schedule consists of initial treatment followed by 3-6 sessions at 3-week intervals. For the permanence of the procedure, it is useful to repeat the application every 1-2 years.

Full face treatment with photorejuvenation takes 20 - 30 minutes, a significant improvement can be seen within 2 - 3 weeks after each treatment.
